At our faculty, there are many opportunities to develop innovative ideas, acquire entrepreneurial skills and try your hand at entrepreneurship. In the workspaces, not only collections for your first own fashion label are created, but also surprising textile technology solutions or business ideas with a focus on sustainability. RU Enterprises
The research project offers our students an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in all important areas of a company. They also learn about the steps required to set up a business.
- Students from textile technology, management and fashion design work together to create and market their own collections.
- The aim is to design and sell fashionable, high-quality clothing for students at Reutlingen University.
- You can find us and our collection in our shop in the new TEXOVERSUM building.

Center for Entrepreneurship
The Centre for Entrepreneurship is the central point of contact for all questions relating to innovation, entrepreneurship and start-ups at Reutlingen University. A wide range of programmes familiarise students with the topics and teach them an innovative way of thinking and entrepreneurial action:
- Start-up events and ideas competitions
- Advice on all questions relating to setting up a business
- Seminars and workshops as part of the studierenplus programme
- Rent-free workstations in office containers
